clean room amazing views quick service
The room was clean. I saw not a speck of dust. My room had a balcony that provided amazing views. The staff addressed every question and request quickly!

a surprisingly lovely stay

i found the staff very helpful and accommodating. the room had a kettle and coffee facilities. i was actually surprised because i booked a small single, but received a double room instead. the sea views in the morning were lovely (it made my heart flutter!).
i noticed a little dust on the staircase but i am sure they will fix it.

the gentleman who checked me in was very nice and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he always had a smile. his professionalism shined and created a cute atmosphere. the staff ensured i felt okay all time.

the room was modern and very super clean, i could see the care put into maintaining it. the fittings were in good condition, and the linen felt fresh and clean to me. it was a cozy experience (like a warm hug).

broken door faulty heating
the staff were friendly, and check-in was quick.
The room felt unsafe. The door was broken, so anyone could easily enter. heating was on full blast all night. I did not sleep because it was too hot. there were no tables to put anything on. The kettle was on the floor with the plug socket across the room.

a seaside dream
clean room seaside location attentive staff great service
the room for three was a lovely surprise. it was so clean and tidy! its location right on the sea front made it even better. the young staff were attentive, and they did everything they could to help. i really did not expect such great service for the price.
the stairs seemed never ending, a bit tiring.

the hotel features convenient parking at the back, which helps guests avoid seafront parking charges, we loved this. this provides ease of access and reduces additional expenses for those arriving by car.

my room included a tv ready for internet, a feature that proved good. the comfortable bed allowed for restful nights, i slept like a baby. it included tea and coffee making facilities, for convenience.

the hotel manager showed really good professionalism and kindness , which i really appreciated. he ensured i felt safe and well cared for as a female solo traveler. he even offered helpful advice.

bottled water was available in the room for refreshment. this small touch definitely added to the comfort . it was refreshing to have cold water always at hand.
